I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received regarding the refund of my security deposit for a Jio AirFiber order. I booked the service on June **, ****, and cancelled it on the same day. I paid Rs **** as a security deposit and was promised that the amount would be refunded within ** days.
Today is July **, ****, and I have not yet received my refund. I have called customer service more than ** times, and each time, I am met with unhelpful responses and no resolution. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
My reference number is LR*******K*K. I demand immediate action to process my refund. This delay and lack of support is highly unprofessional and disappointing.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
