Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a serious issue involving the Jio POS Lite wallet service. A sum of ₹**,*** was loaded into the Jio POS Lite wallet, but immediately after loading the amount, the balance started showing as ₹* without any valid transaction or withdrawal.
Despite repeated attempts to check and verify the balance or retrieve the amount, the wallet continues to show zero balance. The amount has neither been credited back to my bank account nor is it available in the wallet.
Upon further inquiry and communication with others, I came to know that many other users have also faced similar losses, where their loaded amounts have disappeared without any explanation. This raises serious concerns about the transparency, security, and credibility of the platform.
It appears that there may be a large-scale scam or financial irregularity affecting thousands of individuals across the country. If not addressed urgently, this could result in a massive financial loss, potentially amounting to hundreds or thousands of crores collectively.
