Reliance jio - Jio network coverage issue

My jio no. is **********
I log my *st complaint on ** December **** complaint no. is SR******UHMI
Still now network coverage issue not resolve since all most * year I log * complaint and the recent one is SR*****C*RWI
When I log complaint ask for *** days for resolving the issue.
I log complaint on Jio Appellate desk also but issue not resolve.
PGPORTEL also log complaint and the complaint no. is DOTEL/E/****/*****
THEY told me same things within *** days issue resolve and December ** **** is the date for resolve the issue but there is no update on same case still now they don't start the work at all.
