I placed an order to recharge my jio number
**********. The amount was deducted from my hdfc bank account on **th march ****. I got a message that amount transfer was successful and later on screen that it failed to recharge.
No mail or message in this regard i received separately

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
