Jio - Jio charging for unusable sub data service for 3 months despite paid 1year recharge

I purchased a *-year "True Unlimited" prepaid recharge worth ₹*,***
from Reliance Jio. Since April ****, internet connectivity at my
workplace in Gachibowli, Hyderabad (a major IT hub) has been
completely unusable — consistently worse than *G speeds.

Jio's own customer care representative admitted on a recorded call
that the local infrastructure is lacking and would take *–* months
to deploy. Despite this admission, Jio continues to charge full
tariffs without delivering contracted service.

I escalated via Tier-* (SR******W*C*) and Appellate Authority
(SR******N*HH). On May **, ****, Jio fraudulently closed my
appellate ticket claiming "network will be optimised in ** days"
— which never happened. I further escalated to TRAI/DACA on
June *, **** with no response.

I am financially stuck with an unusable *-year plan and cannot
port out without losing the remaining balance. I demand a pro-rata
refund for the unused period and compensation for mental harassment.
