Jio air fiber - JIO Air Fiber installation charges not refunded
Pavan filed complaint against Jio air fiber on Apr 14, 2024
On Apr *th ****, I placed a request for jio air fiber connection which demanded me to pay ****rs which would be eventually refunded. Due to no response for the internet connection for days and bad customer experience I decided to cancel the request and requested for refund. There has been no status change for my request in the app from days and I sent mail to jio app support, put on twitter and did multiple calls to customer care for refund but to no avail. I have been informed that jio has done the same with many customers and didn't refund. So without further delay, raised complaint to get my money back. Kindly help me to get the refund.
