JetAirways Makemytrip - JetAirways cancelled flight refund from MakeMyTrip

I have booked jet airways flight ticket from Chennai to Germany in the month of April **th ****. But unfortunately the jet airways has cancelled the flights. Hence a cancellation and refund was requested before April *st ****.

Out of the entire amount I received around Rs.***** as refund. Where as the balance amount Rs.*,**,*** has not yet be received.

But when I check online, I see that the JetAirways amount is refunded untill April **th ****.
