ASHWATH filed complaint against JetAirways Makemytrip on Jan 5, 2024
I have booked flight tickets on **th Feb **** i.e Mumbai to Mangalore in Make My trip app. Due to non operation of flight, ticket has been cancelled. It's been already four years now i haven't got my refund. I received communication from make my trip blaming Jet airways not releasing fund. I'm really struggling to get my money back with MMT. As, now it is medical emergency I request you to release my refund amount i.e Rs. *****/- without any further delay.

It’s been more than a year and I have still not recieved my refund from jet airways. Makemytrip is not responding regarding this issue and even jetairways customer care isn’t helpful.
