Rajesh CK filed complaint against Yamaha Motor on May 15, 2019
I purchased a Yamaha RayZ scooter from Srijaya Motors, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore on **/*/****. Within * - * weeks of purchase the vehicle developed jerking issue while riding. I visited the dealer/service centre * times and also raised the same issue in Yamaha Customer Care.
Customer care closed the complaint based on the service centre's feedback that the jerk is present in all vehicles irrespective of the brand like Yamaha, Honda etc. Customer care is not ready to help any further.
*. If the jerk is common, why was it not mentioned in the sales voucher? As far as I know, I have not experienced any jerk in other vehicles including my vehicle during the first few weeks
*. If the jerk is common, why did the service centre accept the vehicle for repair and kept it with for *-* days on each visit?
