I purchased bike on **/*/****. I submitted my adhar card and pan with the application of mentioned permanent address. But they provided me wrong CRTM with the no difference of temporary and permanent address. They mentioned only temporary address. I went to the RTO office and they rejected the CRTM on the basis of same address. I returned it to the Yamaha charpale motors islmpur which is ** km from my residence karad. After ** days they told me that they have talked to the RTO office and rto office will accept this time. I send a person to the charpale motors for the collection of CRTM and went to rto offiice again. Rto office again cancelled and the CRTM validation expired as well after that. I again submitted to the charpale motors and they gave me words to correct within * days but now it has passed ** days but they did nothing. I complained to the YAMAHA motors complained number after second rejection by RTO. I am public sector bank employee and I am eligible for petrol allowance of ** ltr per month. Please do the needful.
