Info Edge India Limited - Jeevansaathi com Fraud No Refund Policy

Jeevansathi.com an Info Edge India Ltd 's matrimonial site is stating that it has no refund policy what so ever.

I've subscribed jeevansathi's * months Pro Lite plan to see matches in my city but it has few to no matches in my city.

It has no customer support, I've tried calling there customer care number ****-******* multiple times but call is not getting connected to any executive and got disconnected all the times, further I've requested call back but not received any call back in last *-* days.

I've also email them for refund, they replied that they don't have refund policy, even when they don't provide the promised service.
It's completely violation of consumers right "Firstly, for a contract to be valid in India, consensus ad idem is essential. Thus, if there is presence of No-refund clause in a contract, it has to be in knowledge of both the parties. Lack of knowledge of the same to a party would render the contract void."

I request people not to fall for jeevansathi.com it has very less active user base.
