I purchased Sun brand Umbrella from Jeevan Jyoti shop at Jambhi Naka thane worth Rs*** on *-June-****. The rib of umbrella got broken I gave it to him for repair on **-June-****. When my daughter went to collect repaired umbrella from his shop , she found a hole in the umbrella. She complaint to the shop keeper. Instead of hearing us , he was saying how should I believe that the holes were not when u gave us. I told him , when I gave for repair you( your men) checked the problem. If it the holes were present when I gave it to you , you/your men should have informed us then and there. But he is not ready to listen nor acknowledging the issue nor replacing the umbrella.
