Sun Umbrella - Damaged product

I bought sun umbrella from bigbazar of Xperia mall.. however within * use it showed it's real picture as it was not working properly.
While coming back from ofc I was unable to open and close the umbrella.
When logged complain in bigbazar only fake commitment received and when visited to store they simply denied to return or repair the same..

Really ashamed of myself that I chose bigbazar as trusted shop to buy everything.

Every month I spents almost *-* k in bigbazar and this is what bigbazar serves to customer in return.

Pathetic experience.

Last year I bought some local brand umbrella from road which was broken product however those local store people gave return of umbrella just to keep customer faith on them..and here you people who keeps their norms first instead of stepping one step ahead to serve better and increase trust amongst customer.
