- The need for tire replacements within the first year, battery replacement post-warranty, and now a gearbox replacement demonstrate an alarming lack of quality control.
- Such critical malfunctions, especially in a vehicle primarily used by my elderly parents, are not just unacceptable; they are a blatant breach of trust and safety standards.

- Previous correspondence speculated a manufacturing defect, a concern that was unjustly brushed aside. It is now evident that my apprehensions were well-founded.
