Swiggy Bundl Technologies Pvt Ltd - Items were missing in food ordered

I had my parents aniversery on ** February and for Rs.*** which includes chur chur naan thalis (*) which costs me Rs. *** it is a part of total meal i have ordered and where they didn't sent me this item as it was missing when i received the food right away i contacted there help support agent for this where i asked them to help me and they just told me to mail same issue on support@swiggy.in and the response time will be *-* hrs where i mailed those guys in morning and i received response aftee ** hrs that they are just going to take it as a error and not going to provide me any refund any replacement or any coupon for it for future better experience or error occured from their end i demanded for same and they denied to give and didn't mentioned any reason i again chatted with agent informed same asked for supervisor they never transferred me to their supervisor and just disconnected the chat i know the amount am filing its not a big amount but still i want to report it as how these guys scam people and their support deals with customers in this situatiiny happens to them.
