I have placed an order on **th Aug of amount Rs ****.** which was supposed to be delivered on **th Aug. At first they keep on extending delivery date But Suddenly on ** Aug, the status is showing delivered. Customer care service is worst, they keep on giving complaint id and claim that it will be solved in **-** hrs but do nothing. They have given complaints id : **********, ********** & **********. They all say the same thing that your complaint will be resolved. On ** Aug, the agent called me and said that the product will be delivered on the day but at evening he rejects the call. They all are fooling people and looting money
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
