Flipkart - Items missing in the package

I have ordered ** sets of T-shirts through Flipkart on *th March ****. Since each set is of * t-shirts, I should get ** t-shirts in total. But I have received only * sets out of **. I've * packet of each size (S, M, L) with * set of t-shirts in it. On the invoice attached to the packet, it was mentioned as * and * items respectively on the L and M sizes. Since I've ordered * set of S size I got it as expected. So I got only * sets of T-shirts which was supposed to be ** sets. Attached the video shot during the unboxing. How can * sets i.e ** t-shirts fit in such a small packet? A day after talking to the customer service I've received multiple emails from Flipkart stating that return requests have been placed for the order. I thought it was placed by the customer service representative I've talked with. Later that day I received multiple emails from Flipkart stating that the return requests have been cancelled and my account has been blocked due to a high number of return requests. Now that I cannot log in to my account and customer service keep on telling to reply on the email received which I never got any reply.
