I received a package with items of '** white socks' missing. I was asked by the company to provide detailed photographs of the package. After a week, they tell me they don't belive me and that according to their system everything was sent out properly.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
