TODAY I.E. **/**/**** , I TRAVELLED FROM CHENNAI TO DELHI BY INDIGO FLIGHT NO. *e****, WITH PNR NO YFWSSF. AFTER COLLECTION BAG FROM BELT, WHEN I REACHED HOME AND WAS SHOCKED TO FIND SOME ITEMS FROM MY BAG WERE STOLEN , THEY WERE CHOCOLATES BROUGHT FOR MY KIDS FROM PONDICHERRY AND SOME SPICES (CARDAMOMS AND BLACK PEPERS.)
I HAD HEARED MANY TIMES THAT ITEMS GO MISSING FROM CHECKED INN BAGS BUT SAME HAPPENED WITH ME THIS TIME. THE APROXIMATE COST OF MISSING ITEMS IS RS. **** ONLY I DONT KNOW WHAT IS THE PROPER CHANNEL TO COMPLAIN SO I AM FORWARDING MY COMPLAINT THROUGH THIS FORUM.
