I am writing this with much disappointment to inform you about Decathlon Sports India Private Limited’s substandard services. I placed a prepaid order “Oxelo Adult Advanced Inline Skates MF*** Khaki - Size: IN *.* with Complete Safety Kit” from their official e-commerce portal “decathlon.in” on **th September **** at **:** am (Order Number/ID: **********).
It was delivered on **th October ****. When I opened it my product was missing, although I paid for the item. I shared the unboxing video on **th October **** at **:** pm but till now refund has not been initiated. I am very displeased with this incident. I want to get full refund to the original payment method.
So kindly look into the matter.
