CHANGKINGAM SUMPI filed complaint against Decathlon Online Shopping on Nov 17, 2022
My packaged was attempted to be delivered to wrong address. After that it was returned to the Company's warehouse. I was told i would get a refund for the trouble i faced. Now i still haven't get a refund. It's been more than * weeks. I'm writing to them but the Company Decathlon does not respond.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
