Blinkit - Items missing and damaged from order

I ordered * items from blink it on *th feb ****, but * item (little hearts that too damaged without air)
was received, so I filed complaint
for missing items in blink it, they said they are not able to verify hence wont be able to do anything.
I have been calling since yesterday and even the chat service doesnt work

There were * items missed inside
the packet. When I contacted the customer
service,they told me that they had handovered me all the goods as per the list
.I asked to share the image that the delivery
guy had taken . But they refused to
share.
