I booked a shipment from Pune to Gwalior. t contained my corporate gifts.
Upon receiving, the delivery agent denied the handover without signature and when i opened it, half of my items were missing.
i have called and mailed them a number of times now, but they are not helping out and not even taking the responsibility.
