*. Yesterday, I had purchased certain vegetable and groceries items through Swiggy Instamart vide Order No. #*************** dated ** Nov **** for ** Items for Rs ***.**.
*. It is to mentioned that out of the above items, I had purchased * x Premium Guava (Thai) (** Nos) for Rs ***.**. The condition / state of both Guava pieces are rotten / pathetic. Even, the state of Cluster beans are also in the same condition. The present state of Premium Guava (Thai) and Cluster beans are sent herewith for your view.
*. Therefore, you are requested to arrange for someone to take back both these items and raise refund please.
*. Further, you are also requested to issue suitable directions to concerned staff to dispatch items are in good condition to avoid any inconvenience to the customers please.
