I am a resident of metrocity. Recently, meesho has started sending couriers through in house service called VALMO. It is one of the worst courier partners. All my items have reach my city ( as per their tracking tool) but are never delivered to me.
There is no customer service, not any contact to deal with this issue. I have dropped multiple messages using their contact us page as well as email id. No response received.
Meesho customer service is even worst, they just update that the order is cancelled but don't actually cancel the product and so the refund is never processed. It is a very frustrating process.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
