I've Ordered A Laptop SSD from flipkart, the delivery was done but the product was missing from the box, so I've called customer care and filed a complaint,
they told me that I will receive an email and I will have to send my documents on them in order to process the refund,
So i got the e-mail and I've sent my documents to them,
but they rejected my refund saying that I Haven't send them the documents,
I have tried to upload documents from flipkart app and website and from everywhere but I couldn't.
and the customer service is not doing anything.
they tell me to wait for ** hours then another ** hours and then another,
the cycle goes on , but no resolution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
