Cisf officer - Item stolen

Yesterday on *th Jan ****, I have to board a flight from Terminal *, Delhi airport to Raipur at *:** AM Air India AI***. While security check on Gate No. * in between *:** AM to *:** AM, X-Ray scanning was done for hand baggage. Afterwards, my hand baggage was withheld stating that some liquid substance is there inside the baggage. I have removed out * liquid items i.e. * ltr water bottle, * lts of shampoo and * lts of Desi Ghee. CISF person stating that in hand baggage only *** ML of liquid is allowed. But on requesting he has allowed me to carry * ltr water bottle and * lts of shampoo. * lts Desi ghee (homemade) he has kept with him with no record mentioned in his register. As I have to rush to the boarding gate to catch the flight, I don't have time to ask further about the procedure of detaining any item at security check. But on enquiring later, they told me the procedure of mentioning the detained items in the register. I told my father to go to the airport to collect the detained item but they refused to deliver the item as no record was there in their register. This complaint I am raising against the single CISF person who is double checking and detaining the X-ray hand baggage at Security check Gate No. *. I can see the greed in his eyes for * ltr of Homemade Desi Ghee.
