Cisf officer - Cheated as CISF Officer

On September **, ****, when I was searching for used cars in Facebook, I saw a post stating that a CISF Officer who's relocating to Delhi wanted to sell his Furniture and Electronic appliances for Rs *****. I contacted the person named Bablu Kumar and negotiated for Rs *****. The person initially asked to pay an advance of Rs ***** which I did. Later he said he's going for an urgent meeting and the Delivery Boy will communicate henceforth. The Delivery Boy did contacted me and said I've to pay Courier Charges and GST Charges by sending a Bill from the Airport Authority. The Delivery Boy continuously started asking money by saying Toll Charges, Transportation Charges, Road Cross Charges. I literally begged that I don't have money but the man didn't hear me. He started blackmailing that if I don't pay the money immediately then the products and money will be hold for * months as it is strict army rule. After paying *,**,*** in ** transactions he again started asking money for Road Cross Charges of Rs ***** through a supervisor. Then I finally reached the airport looking for the person who got the money from me and that's when I realised that I've been cheated. I'm lost with words to describe how painful to undergo this situation.
