Urbancouch In - Item Sofa not delivered

I had ordered a * seater Sofa from a company called Urban Couch from their website www.urbancouch.in. I paid in full for the sofa (around Rs. *****/-) and booked my order on *st August ****. It was stated on their website that deliver within *-** days once order is booked. It has been * weeks today and I havent received my order, now I think I will. During last *-* weeks I have constantly tried to reach out to UrbanCouch for updates via Chat, Email, Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook and Phone Calls (As mentioned on their website), but I have not got any positive response. My instagram's comments on their instagram page repeatedly asking for an update on my order were deleted again and again and now they have simply blocked my account so that I can post no further. The customer care no. that they have mentioned on their website is mostly switched off and when its not, they never pick up. My messages to them on Whatsapp are shown as read (i.e..blue ticked) but not replied to. All in all, it shows that it is highly unlikely that they will honor their commitment and have most probably stolen my money. From a little research online, Urban Couch also has a LinkedIn Account, which doesnt show the founders name but specified that the founder has previous experience as Sales and Marketing Specialist in Ashley Furniture. Also, in the invoice that they provided once I had made the payment didnt have any GST no. clearly indicating that they are not a legit business. I am registering my complaint in the hopes that a legal route will resolve this issue.
