Saini Hyundai Em Bypass - Item shown in brochure are not same with item delivered

I have booked one grand i** sportz from saini hyundai Kolkata (e.m..bypass) on **th june ****, I had paid full amount on **th June ****. i supposed to get the model of grand i** sports which they have mentioned in the brochure. After coming home with the car I came to know that they have delivered old model of grand i** sports as the car is not having some of the specifications mentioned in the brochure.
As per car's specification mentioned in brochure the following things are missing in the purchase car
*. turn indicator on outside mirror
*. outside mirror electric folding
*. **.**cm audio video with smart phone navigation
*. abs
*. roof rail
*. side bead
*. reverse parking camera
The above mentioned things are missing in the car. Now they provided only roof rail and side bead and promise to provide reverse parking camera.
now i want them to provide whatever they have shown in the brochure before booking

i.e.

*. outside mirror electric folding
*. **.**cm audio video with smart phone navigation
*. abs
On **/**/**** mr manas paul general manager of saini hyundai em bypass mail me to meet him in his place so that he can close the case. according to I have gone there place he wants to negotiate the case he offers me verbally cash back of Rs.*****
and asked me to drop down my car for one day to replace

On next day **/**/**** I drop a mail to send the offers my mail so that i think for that
but they have not sent any confirmation for the same , now I am feeling cheated by them
