SOUMALYA MONDAL filed complaint against Saini Hyundai Em Bypass on Jul 12, 2020
I did a pre-launch booking of new Creta in short notice even though I was not sure at that time. However since the representative confirmed me that there would be no cancellation fee for pre launch booking; also did strike-out the cancellation fee section in booking form( the hard copy of the form is with dealer and I have the soft copy), I went ahead with booking.
After dealers started operating post lock down, I informed them over email that I have to cancel the booking due to personal reasons.
Now the dealer is not willing to refund the amount in full and wishes to charge the cancellation fee, which they should not as per the booking form.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
