I've placed an order# ****** for boAt Airdopes *** - Wireless Earbuds (Active Black) on **/**/**** and returned it due to it's defect on **/**/**** and Boat warehouse have already received it on **/**/****. I didn't receive a refund nor a replacement as the item is out of stock in Black color, so I asked them to send a replacement for different color or issue my refund.
But they are not sending the replacement nor issuing my refund. They are not responding to my emails and they are not helping through phone support.
I've already contacted multiple times and these are the ticket numbers #*****, #*****.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
