Myntra - Item picked up but amount is not refunded

I had placed a return request on the *th of May. After reaching out to the helpline centre several times they picked up my order on the **th of May. But I didn't receive any mail or message regarding this. Later I received a mail that item is declined as they didn't receive the item in their WH. After reaching out to the helpline centre several times on **th of May I received a mail that my amount will be refunded.
Later on the same day, I received a mail that my item will be picked up. Then when I reached to the help centre they told that it was created in the backend by mistake and will cancel this and my amount will be refunded before the **th of May. But again I received a mail that my return request is declined. I am calling Myntra every day but they are just asking to wait for ** hr and they don't even send a single response. They are literally wasting my time.
