Alibaba - item not shipped and later cancelled after 15days

I purchased a mi umbrella from Alibaba. After **days i got a status update that item is cancelled while i had already paid for it. I had to purchase a new item from another place and wait for **days and alibaba took few days time to refund the money after going through the dispute i raised. It was a nightmare experience.
