I have ordered an item with order ID (OID*****) on * July **** from eassymall.com . When I tried to track my order it only shows order conformation and no more details. I have contacted their customer service team and they replied with reason of customs clearance pending, but its already been more than a month no replay even for refund request.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
