I have waited around ** days for the product to be delivered and when I received, it was the wrong product.
When I requested a replacement for the product, it was first rejected. After so many followups the request was accepted and the technician came to replace it. They assured that they will bring the correct product with them and then they will replace it but they came empty-handed and took the product with them by guaranteeing that they will bring the new product in * days.
After * days they keep postponing the delivery dates and now they are saying that they will deliver it on **th September ****.
I ordered this product on **th July **** and it will be correctly delivered on **th September ****, * months for a product to be correctly delivered?
Upon that there is no proper response from the customer service. I sent so many emails to the customer support but no replies. I tweeted but they just keep saying that be patient, it will be delivered.
You have very poor customer support services.
I had an urgent need for this product and I ordered this as the delivery was guaranteed on time. It was a festive season for us and a few important guests were coming to my home. They gave me and my family a lot of mental trauma and made us look bad in front of our guests.
[Update] - They delivered the product on **th September, but guess what, they delivered the same one which they had to replace. Now they are saying it will be delivered on *rd Oct. I have no hope that I will receive what I paid for.
