I placed an order on myFlowerapp.com to deliver flower bouquet and other gift item to my fiancée on **th Feb **** and this app gave timelines to deliver it on the same day. But even after placing an order and charging extra amount for same day delovery they did not deliver the item. Even when they asked if they can deliver it on next day, I asked them to do so but till the time package did not deliver. This is really fraud to me and they are not replying on complains now.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
