Myflower app com - Cheating after cancelling the order

I ordered one blooming butterscotch combo on June *st ****. My order id was **********. After i placed the order and payed my cash ,they cancelled the order. I asked for refund and they told it will come to my account. But after this many days i didnt get the cash back and they are n't replying and it shows my order id is invalid
