Swetha Yellanki filed complaint against Flipkart on Jan 22, 2019
I have placed an order for mobile phone.
It was mentioned that mobile will be delivered on ** Jan an they have provided tracking ID FMPP**********.
Then I received a message order is delayed for *days. On calling customer care team says it will be delivered on **Jan. Customer care team says problem is with seller and logistics team.
Wherever the problem is, I have placed my order on Flipkart and I will reach Flipkart only for any issues.
Why should I get in touch with Seller or Logistics teams?
Why do I need to wait for my order so long?
Why Flipkart cannot stand on its promises?
Am frustrated by this, because this is not the first time. I need a compensation for this kind of experience where in I have wasted my time and money
