RASHMI RANJAN NAYAK filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 2, 2021
Item luminous inverter battery was booked on * Oct **** but ** Oct item was shipped but flipkart could not give me tracking ID and told me that within * days they will provide me tracking ID with courier partner name .Again after * days they told me that they don't have tracking ID and courier details but rest assured by ** th October item will be delivered , again on ** nd October I called customer care and they told me the same thing. Today ie on ** th October again i called Flipkart Customer Care at ** am and * pm ,but they told me by evening * pm item will be delivered but to my surprise at *:** pm on the product order page all of sudden it was showing product delivered. When I called them to enquiry about the matter they were telling system fault and they have escalated my issue and it will be solved by **th October. Now flipkart is simply shifting the resolution dates and finally today no resolution date is given . My hard earned money has been simply wasted by Flipkart. Please tell me how far this is justified ,and these people are just playing with their consumer As I am a middle class person and seeing my hard-earned money going like this brings me mental harassment and agony.I request Voxya to help me get my problem solved and give a instruction to flipkart not to play with costumer hard earned money and compansate me for the same.
