Insasta.com - Item not delivered

I ordered Innovations Softer Butter Mill Manual Cheese Grater Kitchen with order #***** on **/**/****. On product page it was written the product is in stock and same day shipping for the product, but still its status is stock awaited. On contacting insasta.com after over a week of waiting, I got the following reply

Sorry for the inconvenience caused you,

Your order will be cancel due to the product is out of stock
We have for the refund on will be done will update you,

After waiting for another week, I contacted insasta.com for refund status and got the following reply.

Dear Buyer,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused you,

We will update you very soon, Once the refund

Regards,

Insasta team

Now it is ** days since the order and the status still is Stock Awaited. Refund is still not initiated. Both their phone numbers are switched off. By the language of their mails, one can easily make out how unprofessional they are.
