Paytm Mall - Item not delivered

I have ordered an item from paytm mall on *th October, it has been shipped from Gati international. As i can see the tracking details there is no changes after that *th october is the last update. If i write on **** help no one respond. If i call to customer care no one respond what should i do now. it's been a month to complete i did not receive my order even though i don't get any info on the latest update.. it is making me sick to track the item on daily basis and call customer care..more than * hour i am on phone but no one picks up it always says busy busy. I called to courier company as well but thay said that tracking number is invalid
