Winni bakery cakes and flowers - Item not delivered

I have ordered one bouquet and cake for valentine's to surprise for my wife. The delivery time slot was **am to *pm but the delivery person came at **pm in night when only one hour left in valentine's and I wasn't at home that time. I asked delivery person that I don't want that because I am not at home but still he just left the package with my guard which is of no use for me because I came next day in the morning. All customer service number was wrong and they don't reply on mail also. I had to arrange these gifts from somewhere else, my money got wasted on this site . These people are running a big scam because I saw same experience reviews from many customers but unfortunately I read it later when they looted me. I will make sure to expose this company in every possible way so that these people can't make more money out of people's emotions. They are mental harassment to people and big problem to this society.
