I placed an order#************ on **-**-**** **:**pm. The Item was online delivery of cake which supposed to be delivered on **-**-**** in between **am to *pm but they failed to deliver it on time. When we tried to contact them they refused to take our calls. After calling so many times they didn't give us the delivery status and dropped our call intentionally and misbehaved as well when we tried to reach their shop at Sahid Nagar bhubaneswar. After all these instances they changed the delivery status to completed but it is still not delivered. This is completely fraud and we are completely dissatisfied and disheartened of this awful behavior as it was our parent's anniversary. Lot of our time, money and energy has been lost. Its a kind request please help us.
I will recommend every customer not to purchase anything from Winni. This is a completely fraud company. Their intention is to loot people.
