I had ordered an Acer Predator Helios PH***-**-**E* Laptop on **th March **** with a promised delivery date of **rd March ****. I did not receive the product on **rd March and the product seems to be shipped to a wrong city. The date I got now is of **th March, but for more than *.* days, my item hasn't moved out of the wrong city.
I got to know * different reasons for this from the cust care.
*) seller delayed the order (even though it was shipped on the same day according to flikart and ekart logistics tracking website)
*) Delayed due to Covid!
*) misplaced by courier shipping team.
Customer care experience is extremely bad. In one instance, the support representative Did not get any answer to my query on chat support for more than ** mins before the chat being closed automatically. when submitting a call back request, it frequently gets disconnected while the support executive keeps me on hold after receiving it mentioning that he/she will check the info and will get back to me in a minute. Escalation desk also assured me of raising a complaint for priority delivery but did not see any results yet. Customer care reps also talk in angry tone on call. I don't think anyone is taking my complaint there seriously. Everyday around *-* hours of mine are spend in waiting and chasing with the cust care team.
There are no other ways to complaint as well. Call Support given default replies. Chat support giving default replies, escalation team too giving same replies. "Transport team will make all efforts to deliver it to you ASAP". It feels completely helpless.
Please help.
