Same here ordered on May **, ****, on Fisheshop.com and made the payment directly through their Payumoney payment gateway. I have ordered * feet aquarium and few fish foods but not yet delivered till now. Their customer care responded initially to confirm my payment after that no response and following up every day on my order but no reply. All WhatsApp numbers are fake they only reply by luring customers' money. I have all the transactions & evidence.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
