I ordered few plants worth *,*** on **th June on the Fisheshop website. I received the order summary, order#, thank you messages and all. After one week I noticed still my order hasn't moved an inch, and then I tried to contact them and their policy is that they don't talk to customers(only WhatsApp chat). After two more days, I declared to myself that I got cheated very badly and also I kept curse words one day, at last, I received a reply from them saying sir we don't accept this you can't get a refund. I replied son of a bitch if you reply again I will kick your ass and let my dog eat your face if you message me again.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
