Flipkart - Item not delivered

Respected Sir,

Delivery agent not delivering my item from past three days. He called me each day he will deliver soon but till dated I have not received my product yet. He also told me that he is nearby my delivery location but don't know why he was not delivering my item. I have punched my home location in Flipkart also.

Further I have lodged *-* times complaint in Flipkart but still I have not received my item.

I have mentioned my tracking I'd in subject.

Kindly take strict action on this.
