Touchlcdhouse is a total scam.
I bought "Charging Connector Flex Cable for Lenovo Vibe X*” on */**/****. Despite payment confirmation, order was not processed. After few interactions with customer care, they confirmed my order but they didn’t tell me that the item was out of stock. After few days, item was not shipped... they didn’t respond when I tried to contact them. After many attempts they finally revealed that the item was out of stock.I asked them to cancel the order and process the refund. From then they stopped responding to my calls, email & online chat support.
(Even now, on this item selling page, they didn’t update the info is still showing ‘in stock’ & they removed pay on delivery but accepting only online payment for this out of stock Item to scam more people.
