Ezhilarasu filed complaint against Swiggy Bundl Technologies Pvt Ltd on Jan 6, 2020
I've ordered * items (* veg fried rice, * chilli gobi, * panneer **, * falooda) on **-Jan-**** @ *.** PM with swiggy. Order # ***********.
Among * items, falooda was missing. When I asked the delivery partner, he told me to contact the swiggy support. Then I did contact the support through chat and executive krushnapal told me to send an email about the issue to support@swiggy.in. I've sent an email about the issue, but keep on getting the apology emails as response. Preethi, Aishwarya, Havva Ali are the executives irritated me to the extent with the same reply again and again. They clearly told me that they can't issue a refund. I asked for the reason, but they are not at all responding to that question.
Then I tried to get a call back through chat support. Executive Sharon P told me that there is no customer care number and they can't call back also. She told me that I should communicate only through email.
Time and money got wasted. Most of all this issue gave me mental pressure since there is no proper support at all. Am simply getting the copy pasted messages from all the executives.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
